We very much welcome comments from our guests, so that we can learn what they liked about their stay and what they didn't. We ask all guests if they can find a couple of minutes to fill in a questionnaire about their visit before their departure.

Redstart: Lovely area for walking. Comfortable cottage with beautiful views. You achieve the right balance between welcoming and helpful but also letting your guests have privacy. We are seriously considering bringing the whole family.

Wheatear: We wanted to cycle the Tissington and High Peak Trails. The cottage is in a beautiful location and convenient for both trails. The cycle storage facilities are very welcome. We loved the cottage and expectations were exceeded.

Wheatear: We liked the homely feel, log fire and wonderful views and the fact that you didn't need to get in the car to go for a walk. We appreciated little touches like washing up liquid, logs and herbs. Also nicely appointed furnishings and décor and dog friendly.

Wheatear : This is a really good holiday let. Friendly owners who don’t intrude. Warm, very comfortable accommodation with great views. Quiet and peaceful, but close to good amenities. Great access to walking trails – what more could you ask for?
