The hamlet of Alsop en le Dale is situated off the A515 Ashbourne to Buxton Road, between Alsop Moor to the North and Tissington to the South. (About 6 miles north of Ashbourne and 14 miles south of Buxton)

From South:
A50 (from M6 or M1); Turn north on A515 to Ashbourne. Go through Ashbourne following signs to Buxton (A515). About 6 miles north of Ashbourne turn right off A515, signed "Alsop, Parwich". Continue down this lane and through the hamlet of Alsop. After about a mile you will see two cottages on the right hand side (the second is called Parwich Lees Cottage); go past these for another 100 metres, after a short incline Parwich Lees Holiday Cottages will be found on the right hand side. There is a wooden sign to let you know you have arrived at your destination.

From the North:
From Buxton follow signs for Ashbourne on A515. The cottages are about 14 miles south of Buxton. Turn left off A515, signed "Alsop, Parwich". Continue down this lane and through the hamlet of Alsop. After about a mile you will see two cottages on the right hand side (the second is called Parwich Lees Cottage); go past these for another 100 metres, after a short incline Parwich Lees Holiday Cottages will be found on the right hand side. There is a wooden sign to let you know you have arrived at your destination.
